Dos policias jovenes se infiltran en un instituto, haciendose pasar por alumnos, para desarticular una red de narcotrafico. Schmidt (Jonah Hill) y Jenko (Channing Tatum) habian sido enemigos en la escuela, pero en la academia de policia se hicieron amigos. esta es su gran oportunidad de demostrar lo que valen, trabajando dentro de la unidad de la policia secreta Jump Street, comandada por el capitan Dickson. El unico problema es que los jovenes de hoy no se parecen en nada a los de antes, y Schmidt y Jenko descubren que todo lo que creian saber sobre la adolescencia, el sexo, las drogas y el rock and roll ha pasado a la historia. Adaptacion cinematografica en clave de comedia de “Jovenes policias”, una serie televisiva de los 80 protagonizada por Johnny Depp.
